YES, ENGLAND CAN TOP! I never thought that I'd hear that from anyone, honestly. Fandom seems pretty set on him not being allowed to. Ooh, and a Doctor Who fan too?

I'm really quite frustrated with that fandom ideal. England can totally top! I don't mind that much when people make him bottom [because, like I said above, balanced relationship], but to say that he bottoms all the time...?! Not to mention how he's sometimes depicted as a weepy, womanly uke stereotype that has no real connected to the actual character of Arthur Kirkland and....! *rage* America needs to be shoved down and taken every once and a while! *shot*

Yes yes~ I love Doctor Who! I haven't had any time to watch the new series, but I adored Nine and Ten~!

I have no issue with exclusive bottoms, if done well. But it's rarely ever done well, no matter what fandom it's done for. And most of what I've seen of poor England makes him more of a woman than any girl I went to school with. He's better than that, and he's certainly not going to be powerless in a relationship. He's England. And are they forgetting that he's male? Oh, hell yes. I can't disagree with that one at all.

Nine and Ten were my favorites. ♥
