Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

1. sitting on my dock, watching the sun set
2. listening to Edwin McCain
3. singing... of course
4. swimming
5. dance
6. reading
7. looking at really old pictures
8. staring at my ceiling
9. kayaking across the lake during sun set.
10. sleeping

ehhh yeah.... that just about does it for me.
