Second,
In the attempt at Couch to 5K, I forgot to stretch this morning, was in incredible pain not far from the house, and almost turned around. Instead, I pushed on, found a place to stretch, felt MUCH better, then managed to run for a full 3 minutes 10 seconds to the complete song of "Our House". I pretended I was dancing. Made it much more fun.
