OMG!!! OMG!!!!! OMG!!!!!
I just finished writing and recording the demo for "The Music".....
All that is left is for me to re-record the demo to "P, B, & Jay" with a different delivery style.... AND THEN in november I can start recording the last two songs and finalizing the EP.....
I can't believe this day has come.... I started writing "the music" back in late June.... it's now the start of october and I've finally finished writing. I've re-written parts about 50 times, but the final version of it.... I LOVE....
I had 4 lines left to write this weekend, and I kept drawing blanks every time I'd try to write.... But last night, I couldn't sleep, I laid in bed fully awake... and it came to me "Katz who grew up without a pot to piss in/ Now on the radio talking bout they shin and glisten"...... I memorized it last night, woke up this morning and hurried to write and record.....
