Revveennge!
So I mistakenly thought that 1x15 was the mid-season finale or something and I was prepared for a long wait, but there was a new episode this week- what is this, Christmas?? It was SO GOOD! Totally brilliant and suspenseful. I had chills. This was basically me the whole time: ohmygodohmygodohmygod. The MUSIC. Geez. Whoever is do the score is doing an amazing job- this is like movie-quality stuff. Other things: Nolan and Takeda! Did not see that coming! Also, I'm really starting to love Charlotte. Wow. Great acting. And I hope they keep developing the Charlotte/Emily sister relationship. The swing scene was so touching.
The only times I was even remotely distracted from everything that was happening were when I was drooling over Emily in that blazer. Gah. I'll just keep drooling over Emily VanCamp in general. I just watched her and Gabriel Mann's appearances on Ellen too, and at one point she was like, "You know they give me these scripts and the next day I'm suddenly a ninja!" NINJA!EMILY IS THE BEST. Seconded by blazer-wearing Emily. On Gabe's appearance he said that Revenge is "like crack" lol. TRUTH. Ellen was fangirling so hard for both of them! I didn't know she loved the show so much.
No TGW last week (ugh) and I was getting pretty impatient for tomorrow, so this was the perfect thing to tide me over. Because clearly my happiness depends upon TGW. I just found the best best best fanvids. This- one captures Alicia/Kalinda so perfectly. I think it would be impossible to watch this and not understand how people ship them so hard.
