I think I am losing weight. My tight pants aren't tight....and my regular pants fall off. quinoa has been wonderful. Been also eating just half of whatever I have, and trying to walk and do the stairs more often. Nothing dramatic, but I don't feel like I am struggling to lose weight at all...now if I could only WORK at losing weight, maybe it would come off faster. baby steps I guess. I need this to happen.
