Convalescing [closed to John for H&M]
The only thing that Erica wants to do is sleep. Forever. She has no idea how long she has been out, or what's going on outside. But every time she wakes up she's aware of only two things: Her head is killing her, and John's not there. And if John's not there, that means it's still hellish outside.
At some point she wakes up and glances out of the window, and there's sun. And the fact that there's sunlight makes her relax so completely that she falls asleep again, knowing that John will be here soon now.
Juliet knows it too, and before she collapses, she gets a bed in next to Erica's for John, so that he can sleep.
