She's been trying not to make it obvious that she misses him, has been trying hard not to say anything that would make him feel guilty because she knows that the kids come above her. So, she decides to take advantage of this night, because she's not going to ask. They've spent the day together, going to see Jonah, and she didn't think he'd offer to stay the night. It surprises her, happily so, and she makes dinner for them, turns on some music. Changes into soft pajama pants and his sweater. Just the sweater. Hair up in a messy pony tail.
When he knocks, she opens the door and leans against it with her hip.
