Goodbye Maimi
As I sit here typing this, Wormack will be back in a few hours and I could leave Miami and go back to Broward County (until I move to Pasco in about a week and a half). Don't get me wrong, Miami was and still is one of the places where I really wanted to live, but not under the circumstances that I am there now. These past few weeks have had me living in Miami, but having all my operations in Broward. That meant driving 120 miles a day! Plus the dogs here were cool and all but they drove me crazy. I have some cleanup to do in the next few hours but it isn't as bad as the last minute moves I usually do. Anyway the Miami experiment has been interesting.
I decided not to postpone holiday shopping any longer. I went to some stores this week to see what I can find. I found myself by the Aventura Mall and thought I would check out their theater while I shopped. I ran into Lisa at Macy's (who I haven't seen in monthes) and we caught up. I didn't find that much at the mall though. At least nothing cheap. I was at Wal-Mart last night but it was sooooo crowded. I couldn't believe everyone was shopping on Saturday night. Finally I decided to do the cheap and easy solution: ebay. Actually you can find alot of quality stuff on ebay for good prices so don't judge me here!
Finances are improving dispite the setback discovered by State Farm's mistakes. I get paid today by Wormack also. Here's hoping it is an amount larger than I originally hoped. Holiday shopping is getting expensive.
I had an interesting long talk with Ashley. She and I basically discussed life and all the changes that we seem to be sappily going through. And the future was discussed as well. She invited me to see her peform next weekend, I hope I can make it.
Talked with Eric and Maddy on the phone last night for 3 1/2 (or according to Eric's dad, 4) hours last night. It was an insane conversation. For some reasons, when certain people get together, they come up with the weirdest most insane things. I wish I could play that whole conversation back. It was good times though.
