I tended a tether line (crewed) for this balloon, "The Conflict of Interest" owned and operated by the David and Chris Heinsohn out of Elmdale, Ks.
They were participating in the 2009 Huff-n-Puff, held annually in Topeka. Lots of fun, and we'll be doing it again this evening! There were a BUNCH of balloons there.
