My trip to Russia was incredible. It was my first time out there. It was very nice out there. The weather was beautiful out there. There was a great turnout for the show. They came out and showed love. I sold a lot of mixtapes out there, so it was a good thing. I can't even front. I slept on Russia until I got out there. They can party out there. They showed us a real good time. I had a friend who ran a studio out there where me and GZA recorded at over here in the States, so we went and hung out with him. And you know I had to taste the Russian vodka. That shit was good.
The East Coast needs to get their swagger back because overseas is into that real hip-hop. I'm glad it's spread out and they respect the real shit. That's what I respect. It's like the 1980's over there. They're breakdancing over there. They treated us real nice over there. We did some nice sightseeing over there. I saw the Castle of Saint Basil. The top of it is real gold. We went to Lenin's tomb. We went to a couple of real good spots, let's put it that way. And the Russian women, forget about it! They got some nice girls over there! They're really beautiful.
