Job Hunt
So, today I printed out a bunch of resumes (accidentally I ended up with 20 copies, but whatever. I didn't realize the printer was off. >>) and some reference pages to go with it. I decided that hey... might as well check out some places online for applications, and low and behold, there are some places that I'm applying to. I decided that I might as well start my jobsearch now. I probably won't get an interview/hired for at least another couple weeks, so applications are a good place to start. Who knows, maybe I'll get a reply from something! Whoo! Nervous, though... a little nervous. My sister tried to convince me to get a job at McDonalds. I politely told her that fuck no, I wasn't going to get a job at McDonalds so long as I had other options. Which I really really do.
I'm currently putting in an application for Chapters, which would be a cool job for me. Since, you know... books. Aaaand submitted. Well, that was actually kinda hardcore intense. I think I'll hold off on another until later. Because that was intense. Seriously. And it's almost Yule. I don't need that much intense over Yule. XD
In other news, still working my way through SH4, and it's going very well. I've finally gotten used to the keyboard controls. It look a while. Specifically the walking/camera bits. Not using the arrow keys also tripped me out a little, and I still sometimes use them when I shouldn't be. Which just means my item menu is up far too often. I'll probably play more before the day is done.
Also; eating twinkies.
