Vacation: Day 1.0
As of currently I'm hanging out in the airport waiting for our (delayed) plane. Only a half-hour delay, so there's that at least. The only interesting thing that's happened thus far is that the metal detector went off when I went though it because I forgot to take off my belt. And a two hour long drive to get to the plane in a car with my family. Thankfully I had High Voltage with me so that I could listen to some music on the ride. Well, only fifteen minutes until the plane gets here, and I haven't seen one man who looks like Cillian Murphy. Although there was an adorable French boy playing "I Spy" beside me, and my shirt was the object of his spying.
Here's the airport. Because I'm bored. Or it would have been if my phone cam worked.
Anyways, the flight was long and my ears popped very uncomfortably. There were three babies in a two-seat radius of where I was, so I had quite a few Nny moments. The flight attendants handed out very cute water-bottles...
and I read my Inked magazine for most of the two hours. The woman is fucking amazing. She's a tattoo artist, a DJ, a model, and she has Combichrist's drummer as her boyfriend. Oh, and she was on L.A. Ink, or something. I don't know, it was evidently too amazing for me to entirely absorb. /jelly
We got off the plane (finally! felt like so long), and there to greet us was my Grampy (who called me by my real name!), Aunt Jennifer, and cousin Sara (who later proudly showed me her prison tattoo of a smiley face. I was very sad). My aunt drove us back her her place, where we're staying. The house is pretty big, and there are two dogs. One is insane, the other is massive.
I sleep here. The bed is very squeaky. Very squeaky.
And yes, that is a knife on a blanket pile beside my suitcase. The corrosponding body is beneath the bed.
The rest of the house is pretty boring, but I might photograph it later if I'm bored. There's a pot plant growing in the basement in my cousin's room (which I won't photograph). Alas, I will continue later. Have this for now my love.
