*oh happy sigh*
So, I just about had the best weekend evah. I actually had, "the best day in a while," which consisted of the following;
-I woke up next to Bridgette, always the most awesome feeling in the entire world.
-I turned on my phone and listened to a message I got from Starbucks!!! I'm trying not to hope too hard, but when I called them back, the manager at Auburn appears to be trying to bend over backwards to find me a job. So, she hasnt come up with a solution yet, but she's working on it.
-I found my stereo remote!
-I broke my shoulder bag the previous day, and as I was thinking to myself, "gee, I wish I could find something to fix my bag with," I looked on Birdy's basement floor, and found the most perfect little hooky thingy and patched him up =)
-Then! I went to go see Birdy at work, and she was oh so adorable, and we had a small lunch together. I mailed my ebay packages, on the road to a little extra monies!
-We went and kidnapped Wolf, hung out at the smoke shop for a bit (OMG I bought a pack of cigarettes and much mellow times were had by all! ^_^) then hung out at Borders, joined shortly after by Caitlin, and had just in general fun conversation hang out times ^_^
-Wolf gifted me with an extra phone charger to tie up the day nicely.
-Ok, I lie, Bridgette of course was the last most beautiful thing I saw before I went to sleep that night.
This best day ever, was of course followed by a nice day afterwords, I saw some more people, got some coffee (thanks Tonya!!!) and had an extremely awesome amazing evening. My life is so full of spontaneity and joy right now that it makes me insanely happy. I am incredibly thankful for the friends I have, and love I receive, I cannot sing enough praises. To everyone in my life right now- thank you thank you thank you!!!
I know I have been complaining a lot lately about how much life has been sucking, but it seems to finally be turning around again. Other than my mother making stuff hard for me *grrr...* it appears that I am handling things rather well regardless.
I apologize for my recent whiny behavior, and I promise to try harder and look more positively on the whole situation. I am in Auburn temporarily so that I can make the future easier for the people I care about, and regardless of the annoyances, and loneliness, and temporarily being broke, I need to keep looking up and push on through the hard times. It will make that horizon line look so much brighter.
