So I actually HAVE been keeping up with the Kpop news lol. This semester was SWAMPING. No joke. I think I almost died somewhere in my text books and the massive amounts of printouts that my profs gave us. We killed FORESTS, people. That's how much paper. Don't tell the environmentalists. Please.
So with KPop... so much to say!! Ok, Gahi's mini album was genius. You have to love it. If you don't, GET OUT. MBLAQ's comeback I didn't really get into. It kinda made me sad. Idk, it was nice. Infinite is my new ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Oh Em Gee. These guys are the real deal, NO JOKE. Perfect synchronizing, stellar vocals, cute as can be, hot, sexy. Killer. LOVE IT ALL.
U-KISS deserves their own paragraph. I was SHOCKED. Temporarily mortified when I learned that Kibum and Xander were being kicked out. Like WOW. Now, hearing their stuff and seeing what happened, I kinda get it a little bit. Xander was the dorkiest cute dork that ever walked dorkdom, but I never thought he was that talented. People can argue, and I'm not gonna say I don't miss him, cause I do, but I can see why their company wanted a more mature look. I do miss Kibum though; they never used his full potential. Anyways! Their new mini is just fabulous. I can't stop listening to it, and it's so catchy and fresh. You gotta stop hatin' and take a listen. Hoon and AJ are so good and cool. I can't wait to find out what their personalities are like.
Debuts: Chi Chi is totally cute and has so much charisma! Their song is not brilliant or anything but I could see them growing in the future. Dal Shabet was boring, but I guess they're just coming out with something new, so we'll see. Raina. Oh boy, where do I even start. Uh... just skip Korea girls. The US will love your stuff, but the Koreans are gonna freak. Brave Girls are great; I love that Brave Brothers are producing them!! Can't wait to hear more. Can't remember what I thought of A Pink. I'll get back to you. I wanna see these boy groups debut that have been talked about for so stinking long. The girl groups just pile up till you don't remember anyone anymore. Block B? B1A4? Please stop with the teasing. We can't take it much longer. 5Dolls deserves more love. They have good vocals, cute choreography, and they actually seem genuine and real. They don't have as much stage presence, it's true but still. I hope they get more recognition in the future.
Rainbow's comeback is IMPRESSIVE. Srsly, look at how much these girls have stinking grown!! You cannot look at how far they've come in such a short time and now be wowed. Standing ovation for DSP for ramping them up; they totally deserved it. 4minute: WOOHOO!!!! Girls, you deserve this. Haha, first full album and look at all of the hype you've started. You all rock. End of story. I hate all of the criticism they've been getting though. Big Bang: this was totally reminiscent of all their old stuff while being perfectly and entirely fresh. LOVE. CN Blue!!! Always love. Same good stuff as always. Song Ji Eun from Secret? HOLY CRAPOLI. That song is so.... amazing. I just... gah. No words. Her rapper is good too; it's cool to see him getting so much publicity. Dalamation: I actually liked it! Never thought I would after seeing their debut, but yes. Much better, boys. Good work =] Orange Caramel I don't wanna even talk about. The song is catchy but.... no.
My Wonder Girls waiting is gonna make me cry. Buckets, people. I WANT THEM NOW. Young Saengi is gonna make a solo debut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And he's gonna dance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MORE WIN!!!!!!!!!!! Now Kyu Jong just needs a solo debut and I will be as pleased as punch :D Also stoaked about f(x)'s comeback! It's gonna be fab and you all know it ;)
Ahhhhh.... yes. Ok. Now time for the confession. I think I am falling into JPop. It's not my fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol I don't know why I think I'm betraying my KPop roots but it just feels like it somehow. I am loving me some J-Drama too. I shall be doing a post about that soon; hopefully within a week. Cause Yamashita Tomohisa (Yamapi) is just too amazing to wait that long ;) I have some graphics coming up too, but I wanna finish a little more before I post and I'll have time to finish some next week.
