1. List any radio stations you listen to. 107.5fm (columbus, oh)
2. List any DJs on those aforementioned radio stations. can't think of a one.
3. Has listening to the radio ever been a part of your daily routine (ie. listening to it while driving to school or work, listening to it while getting ready in the morning, etc)? Is it still a part of your daily routine? If not, how long ago was it and why did this change? i used to listen to the radio every day driving home from school. i stopped a couple of years ago when i got my ipod and an fm transmitter. now i only listen to the radio when i'm too lazy to plug in my ipod.
4. Have you ever felt some sort of connection with other listeners while listening to the radio? Has a particular song make you think that other people feel the same way about that song? Has a particular news story made you feel connected with other listeners? Be specific as possible. not at all.
5. Do you listen to the radio at all? If so, when? when i'm too lazy to plug in my ipod or i can't think of anything i want to listen to.
6. Do you own an mp3 player or satellite radio? ipod
7. Where to you find out about news? tv and the internet
8. List 8 of your favorite bands. Which of these bands did you find out about through the radio? sugarcult, motion city soundtrack, lola ray, no doubt, janet jackson, erykah badu...and i can't decide among the rest. i found out about none of them through the radio. the first three were through the internet, janet is...janet, and no doubt and erykah i first heard about on mtv.
9. Is there any band or musician you would like to hear on radio that cannot be currently found on radio? terra naomi, lola ray, goldenboy
10. Where do you find out about new music? the internet and my friends, sometimes opening bands at shows
11. How do you feel about radio now? it sucks and they play the same things over and over. i think of my ipod as my own personal radio station.
12. Where do you think radio is headed? no idea. i never listen.
