Summary: Heero has a cold, so Duo tries to give him a homemade remedy.
"So you're saying you have a homemade remedy for this kind of thing?" Heero inquired with great suspicion lurking in the depths of his voice.
"Sister Helen taught me how to make it whenever I had a cold. Maybe it won't work statistically, but if you will it to; it'll work. Trust me." Duo smiled as he handed Heero a mug that was steaming hot.
Heero took a cautious sip of the drink, and felt gullible when it was just hot chocolate. He drank the whole mug and watched at Duo's grateful smile.
"You know it's just hot chocolate?" Heero asked when he handed the empty mug back.
"Yeah, I know... I'm just glad you drank it even though you knew it didn't have any medicinal properties."
Heero frowned and pulled Duo down into a kiss. Duo returned the kiss eagerly, but they both broke away quickly.
"That's only looking at it statistically..." Heero tried to conceal his smile, but there was a slight hint of it that still touched his lips.
Duo laughed and sat down in Heero's lap with his knees drawn up to his chest, "I'm finally rubbing off on you!"
Heero helped Duo postition himself better in his lap, and Duo let out another laugh.
"Feeling better I see." Duo said with a smirk.
Heero smiled in an un-Heero-ish way, and kissed Duo on the lips once again.
