Hunter, the Husky

My son's Alaskan Husky had fun in the snow today. We only got 1" of the 1 to 3" expected but I was still glad to finally see some. Still hoping for a big snow.

This dog is excellent with children and cats. He really does have a good disposition and I'm sure that howling is his version of Kumbaya or something. :P

Yes, I've noticed what a powerful dog he is. It feels like he's going to pull my arm out of its socket when I walk him. Luckily, a large section of the back yard is fenced in so he has the run of that area.

I am doing a very thorough comparison chart taking into consideration the travel expenses; gas, wear & tear on vehicle, etc. You know, I like driving but I've never had to do it as a daily routine. It might not be as much fun if I had to drive 500 miles a week for work. With current gas prices, that would be at least $2,500 spent in 1 year on gas. Sort of defeats the purpose of making more. :o

You've made a perceptive point that this reassessment might not even be about my job. Although I'm quite happy and content overall, there is that feeling that maybe there's something, else or more, I should be doing. Geez, simply making a career choice would have been so much easier. *g* I guess it's introspection time.
