Type in Evangelion on google and you'll see it. Why am I quoting anime movies? I'm a nerd. No really, this was said by Misato after a very moving scene with Shinji. It would take to long to go over exactly what was said, but the majority of it was that you can't be afraid to get close to people because you are afraid of getting hurt, and that despite all the mistakes you have made that it is important to go on. This is very keen advice, and advice that quite a few people out there should take to heart, myself included.
