Or groups, or any other form of 'gathering' on the internet anymore. I used to, I used to be part of quite a few yahoo clubs (back in the days before "groups" was the system). Here lately I've been rather edgy online, with my small group of friends...well those few I really consider friends anyway. It has always been hard for myself to make and maintain friendships for very long. With a few exceptions, they usually last at max about a year then an argument ensues or drifting apart occurs.

I've been down the road of having few to no friends whatsoever, and guess what? It sucks, for lack of better words. Yes you can get hurt, yes you might end up hurting others but...the isolation is not conductive to a healthy lifestyle. If you ever wanna chat in real time, I believe my chat handles for my various chat programs is in my LJ user info.

Anyway, aside from their few staple 80's songs such as Hungry Like The Wolf and the ilk, I'm not much of a fan of Duran Duran. When you get your CD's in, do fill me in on the decent tracks from that collection. I myself, however, am beginning to discover New Order's extensive back catalogue of impressive work. I highly recommend "Regret", and "World In Motion" by them. Also, a band that doesn't get enough praise is my personal favorite, Erasure. www.erasureinfo.com
