In my experience it is better to try for something as drastic as that kind of a move than not; the experience itself is disorienting enough to kick start growth and that sort of high minded nonsense. :P
I suspect that what's going to happen is that everything is going to just magically fall into place literally at the last minute - which is the one time that anyone is going to be suspicious of such. That's how it's always worked for me anyway. It's easy to say "try not to sweat it right now" but...well, try not to sweat it right now. :)
Just out of curiosity, which part of Texas will you be coming through? Trust me, I know it's the stanky armpit of the central united states........

I'm totally of two minds about the whole thing. One side is not sweating it. The other is in full fledged panic.

We'll be passing through the panhandle, through Amarillo. Which is where my aunt and uncle live, and my only (bad) experience of Texas. I will not be informing them that my route is taking me there.

:) I frequently manage both at the same time when it's warranted. Which is.......an experience.

Okay then - essentially nowhere near my present locality which is what I was trolling for. :( A girl can hope.

And no, additional navigation details prob'lly shouldn't be open source given that.

Yeah, I didn't recall it being near where you are.

I expect a better idea is to wait until you make a visit or a move to Mikhaila, in which case I can drive up and visit you both... in the same state! (OMG i'm going to be in California...)
