Apartment Post
Okay folks, here's what I'm looking for in an apartment:
If it's just myself and my boyfriend:
1 bedroom
anywhere between West Hills and Long Beach
Approx 400/month/person , under if possible, not too much over if possible
whatever utilities and amenities can be had in that area for that price
hopefully a place to park, currently we have 1 car (mine)
allowing cats would be nice
If someone's moving in with us (Steven?):
2 bedrooms
location subject to more specification depending on roomie's job
Personally I would stand by my price range, as even that's not gonna be easy for my boyfriend and I, with our dinky retail jobs.
standing by the utilities and parking, with the addition, presumably, of one car
I doubt we'll be affording a cat right away, but the option is nice
