Summary: Gradually, Sho developed feelings for that man.
Author's Note: It's been over two years since my last update! I stopped writing fanfics because of real life, but then I remembered I still had some prompts from rainbowfilling so I decided to write this one. The prompt was "edge", so I wrote it inspired in Perfume's song with the same title.
It's my first time writing this pairing. Hope you like it.
Gradually, he started to like the man.
They were complete strangers to each other. At first Sho was indifferent to the older boy, but as they were going to work together, he started to like him. Sho was still young but he did know it would be hard to do a nice work if he was completely unaware about the other persons working with him.
It started as if he was a kid making new friends in school. Talking about his heroes, his favorite games and TV shows and discovering what the other boy liked too. Sho smiled brightly every time they had something in common.
Gradually, he became interested in the man.
Being surrounded by pretty faces during work wasn’t a big problem anymore. It made Sho nervous in the early years, but now he could handle that - both pretty women and men. But somehow that man he had been looking closely all these years did still attract his attention in a different way.
Unconsciously, Sho followed his movements all the time. Sho watched intently how the muscles of his face moved as he talked to the other members, as he smiled, as he ate or as he yawned. Sho looked at their hair stylist fixing his hair and wished he could touch that brown and fluffy hair too. Anything about the older man caught his attention.
Gradually, he fell in love with the man.
Slowly he discovered his feelings for the other man. However, contrary to what dramas and movies had showed him, Sho wasn’t desperate about it. He simply felt good. He had that nice feeling of loving someone filling his whole body and was glad just to be close to that man every day. Sho never imagined seeing someone happy would make him so truly happy too.
It never passed through Sho’s mind to confess. He didn’t really care what the other man thought about him, he was just comfortable that way. He was fine just working with him as if nothing had changed since junior days. It made Sho happy enough just to talk casually with that man, even if sometimes he got distracted and didn’t listen completely to Sho.
Sho’s eyes followed the older man in silence. He was in front of the photographer with the stylist fixing his clothes for one last time before his solo shooting. When the stylist moved away their eyes met and he smiled; a tiny yet gentle smile. Sho grinned back and soon the sound of the camera capturing his image echoed in the studio.
