I lack the creativity or motivation to think up a title..
I set tomorrow very easy by over eating today, I intend to go cold turkey and change, so I wanted a final day of binging...I'll list what I ate then discuss my new plan:
Coffee with creamer-38cals
+Two biscuits and jam-430cals
+2 chocolate cookies-620cals
+Cola soda-131cals
+Protein shake-180cals
+string cheese-60cals
+hummus and wheat thins-520cals
+a full bag of pop corn-426cals
+potatoes , fish, and vegetables-210cals
+tea with creamer-35cals
=2650 cals
I will drastically change my eating habbits by switching to a liquid diet. I will keep up this liquid cleanse, with minimal interuption, until the 12th. At that point I will wean myself back into solids and begin a weight lifting section. I will also begin intense arobics, running in the morning and running in the afternoon.
Weight loss is for me. I want to be proud of my size, I don't want to worry about walking into a class room and making the floor shake. I can and will do this
