For those of you who are participating in the
July Challenge (re-reading a school book you hated to see if some time and perspective can change your opinion), you have a week left!! How are y'all doing so far?
Since a lot of the books mentioned in the challenge poll were classics, I thought I'd throw this link out there for anyone who's never heard of it:
Project Gutenburg This site has free downloadable text versions of a ton of classics that are out of copyright. There are often other formats available besides plain text available for various types of readers, as well as audio downloads. Check it out! I grabbed a copy of my July Challenge book (Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness) there!
