After work yesterday I worked my way through another book, this one being Osprey Fortress #90: Greek Fortifications of Asia Minor 500 - 130 BC: From the Persian Wars to the Roman Conquest. There's lots of photographs of various ruins in Turkey, and some discussion of their construction. Perhaps a bit esoteric.
