Book #31 was "American Gods" by Neil Gaiman. This was a re-read for me, but it'd been at least 8-10 years ago that I first read it. This was read out loud with my husband. Cool! We were reading the climactic scene at Lookout Mountain in Ga. while visiting relatives just a stone's throw away. We really wanted to visit but just ran out of time.

Are features of the Celtic and Norse mythologies included in American Gods?

Norse is *strongly* featured, but he pulls from almost every culture.
