yea.. you heard me.. they raped me. bent me over, and violently raped me with a cellphone battery. They really did like.. change a policy, without notifying me and then charged me for it, how does that work? you ever feel like a customer service rep is talking THROUGH you, or just, AT you? that freakhole didnt hear a word i said. Ended up giving me my hard earnd $1.15 back tho, but it was condescending the whole time. whatever.. TOSSER
