So, a quick summary of an update.
- I've been spending a lot of time at the gym recently, and am slowly seeing and more importantly feeling results.
- My time at the gym has led me to realize I have no upper body strength whatsoever.
- My lower body strength is absolutely amazing though.
- I eat way too many oreos and other cookies for my own good
- I just bought a squash racket online. I bought a winter coat the other day for next year, even though I don't need one. But it's really nice, and it's down, and it was cheap. But I am still spending too much money
