My little brother is adorable. He got this award for "Excellence" [I think he made one of the highest test scores or something] and he had to get all dressed up & the sports coat he wore looked like it belonged to Thurston Howell III. lol. His mom kept saying that he should wear a suit more often & on the way home we were talking about the Beatles and he said he wished he had a suit like theirs to wear or George's top hat form HELP. Awws. <3
He's been doing some pretty good drawings too, I mean for a nine year old. He did two of Paul & one of George. And he said he'd try John next. John & Paul are his favs. Actually he kind of reminds me of John, personality wise but he looks a little like Paul. Or maybe like if John & Paul had a kid. [You know what I mean. I don't really believe in the slash stuff.]
The Office was supposed to come on but the news is on instead because there's a storm somewhere. I am REALLY MAD at that. I HATE missing the Office! And I know that was kinda random but it's pretty much the only reason I'm posting instead of watching it. lol.
Prom is Saturday! But I like totally don't care. I mean, I would rather stay at home now. I wish it was easier to just go & you didn't have to make a whole big deal out of it. Like you could show up and do whatever and then go home & you didn't have to pay exorbitant amounts of money on the dress & the limo & eating & junk. Nobody liked my idea of just going to McDonald's to save some cash. [*eyeroll*]
I watched Monty Python's The Meaning of Life for the 1st time ever yesterday. It's was pretty stupid but I liked Mike saying "Ping" & Eric in the tiger suit. Oh & Terry J's crazy arms in the Find the Fish thing. The Liver donor part made me think of Sweeney Todd for some reason.
And I realize that I need more python icons but then again I hate to get rid of my Beatle's ones....

Oh & today we got to meet Mr. Zywiol's mom. She was down from Michigan and I could tell he was all nervous teaching while she was there. He's usually like all laid back though, so it was kind of weird but then again it was kinda like "Awws, his mom makes him nervous." lolz. He's one of the best teachers ever. He knows all this awesome History stuff and he usually knows at least a little about all my random "test" questions. Yes, I test my teachers by asking them these questions that I know but I don't think they do. It's fun sometimes, I like to stump them. hee hee.
Next week in history I think we're talking about the Beatles! yay! Right now we're on civil rights so i'm thinking by Thursday or Friday we'll get to them. I wish he'd let us watch one of the movies though. I mean we could probably get by with The First US Visit, you know if the principle or dept. head walks in. Maybe I'll ask him Monday. He borrowed AtU from me but he thought it was "trippy", maybe we could wait & watch it when we talk about Vietnam. Of course a majority of the class wants to watch Forrest Gump. That'd be okay though, I mean, I haven't seen it in forever. I totally forgot John was in it until the other week when I saw it on youtube. ha. Youtube is pretty amazing.
Well, I guess that's it for now. Maybe I'll go proofread Isn't It Good? again and get that posted tonight. =D
Love,
Anna
