Merseybeatin' with the band
I'm like totally lame but I just got Memory Almost Full yesterday. And it's AWESOME! [and yes, I know totally overuse that word]
I was wondering what/who Mr. Bellamy's about. I'm thinking a cat or something, knowing Paul's love for songs about pets. lol.
But wikipedia said "the fans" think it's about his divorce. idk.
We had the Art show Thursday and it was a bit overwhelming. Hardly anyone came but they were all making a huge fuss over my pictures and I was interviewed for both of the local papers. Actually it was kind of embarrasing because none of the other kids [or 'artists' I suppose] showed up and I had a whole table with just my stuff and everyone was kept saying how good I was and all that. I'd have felt a lot better if some of the others were getting some attention. I guess I'm just like that though, I always think about the other people.
I did two drawings today, that I'll probably post later, once I scan them in. One's of John from the Revolver Sessions and the other's of John & Paul from MDO. But I didn't know if I'd be able to draw because I got my nails done for the first time ever today. I bite my nails usually, although I've been trying to quit. And I got acrylics put on today to see if I can get used to them before prom. They still feel really weird but I'm getting used to them, I think. I was also supposed to go get a spray tan [because I am seriously the whitest non-Albino person you have ever seen] but I kinda chickened out because I've got a stupid cold and really didn't feel up to it.
Oh and I'm off Monday, woo hoo! So bonus time for me to chillax. lol. I might make some icons or something. I've been trying to write so I might work on that too, if I can type with these nails. I've had a heck of a time doing this. lol. Anyhoo, I guess that's all for my little update. Catch y'all later! =)
