Cute Girls in Book Stores
I was bored earlier so I decided I'd head into the city to do some shopping. It's great heading into the city from here as I can go down and back on just one ticket as they last for 2 hours. I went into shinTokyo first to see if they had the 6th volume of Arcana restocked yet. Unfortunately they didn't but luckily Borders did!
Afterward I headed to Pulp Fiction Comics only to get the door shut on me by a familiar face. Shannon, who I met at AVCon, now works there and she was shutting the door because she needed to use the little girls room. I said no worries and I'd be back later and went and had a look in Game Quest before returning. In Pulp Fiction I found a couple of volumes of Qwan (3 and 4) in the discount pile. I hunted for 1 and 2 but couldn't find them so I grabbed volume 7 of Arcana as there's 20% off if you purchase 3 manga. I've now got 93 manga in total, almost reached 100!
Giving it a bit of thought I wouldn't mind working in a bookstore and it should be able to fit around my Uni hours quite easily and I'd know what is on discount. I should start asking around if there are any vacancies.
