IT'S THE WEEKEND.
YAY.
I DID LAUNDRY.
ALL OF IT.
D:
Whew! On the plus side, I'm totally ready to spend the weekend in Bellingham with Mom! We will have adventure and I will have clean clothes. It will be awesome.
I have seen several movies recently.
TwilightTHIS IS THE SKIN OF A KILLERRRRRRRRRR. This movie had my whole family giggling at it on the couch. Mom described it best, "That movie was so bad it was good." Rhinestone shark tees, anyone? I liked it WAY better than the book, although rpattz could have done with a little less lipstick.
Star TrekWow.
That is really all. I cried, I laughed; I can't wait to buy it on bluray. I'm also very jazzed a sequel was greenlit before the movie was even out! Hee!
Stranger Than FictionI completely understand why this is one of my brother's favourite movies. It's amazing and full of amazing actors doing amazing things and I liked it very much.
BoltOh god this movie is about every German Shepard puppy in the entire world THEY REALLY DO THINK THEY HAVE SUPERBARK YOU GUYS (also, yes, they were secretly crossbred with SATELLITES for those AMAZING ears INCOMING TRANSMISSION FROM THE KITCHEN BOOP BOOP). I very much enjoyed this movie, but I hope that stupid hamster dies in a ball of fire and the ending was also stupid. The credits, however, ROCKED. HI PUPPY. HI HI. (Firefox says there is no 'p' in hamster, why do I think there is a 'p' in hamster oh god the hampsterdance has ruined my vocabulary...)
YES. SO.
I also finished reading the Honor Harrington books. I find the non-Honor Honorverse books a little harder going, so I think I'll finish up
The Alex Studies next. Especially since I recently read Temple Grandin's new book,
Animals Make Us Human. (Which was amazing, by the way.)
Time to shower and go to bed and GIP. :3
ps. Anyone want a year's worth of paid time at Dreamwidth? I had one and then I bought a seed account. I'm happy to trade it for something like a layout or icons or something.
