That's the paper I'm writing right now. That's the paper I've been writing since four days ago and since 15 hours ago. I've got five full pages of notes and I've got to turn it into two double spaced pages of first person "LOL THIS IS HOW THE MEIJI RESTORATION AFFECTED ME" in abouuuuut...an hour. Two and a half if I skip Gender, Violence, and Social Change.
I'm sleepy.
I'm giving Teruhime personality quirks she never dreamed of having. And for some reason, her inner voice sounds like a tired, sarcastic, 20-year-old, American college student who just spent 15 hours learning just how fucked the Aizu got when the Meiji Restoration came about. Also, Shinsengumi, lol. (The Shinsengumi are so not in this paper. There would be no earthly way to keep it to two pages if they were.)
But my cold is much better. And Mom just came in and gave me a toasted bagel and some scrambled eggs. ♥
