There was a time...2007.
Things that were are no longer and others that were not are beginning to be. 2007 began with anticipation so thick in the air you could choke on it. The beginning, the harvest if you will of many things that seemed to have been planted and watered and ready for the picking. The New year, the beginning of an era. 2007 brought about many surprises. A few good, a few not so enjoyable. But 2007 is now over and thank God.
"So this is the new year, and I don't feel any different...." Words that echo through my head like a persistent child. And yet, there seems to be some great relief in knowing the year is done, and a new day is dawning.
