Strange as it is, it is good to see the city being repaired.  I wonder how the city began to crumble in the first place...  It is quite the disconcerting thought.  What could cause buildings to disappear so suddenly?  This business with those people taking over the city troubles me as well.  How long have they been here to form such a take over, I

It has been a long time for all of us. Though I must say I'm curious as to how they're growing.

No, there isn't. They are mostly decorating the buildings, I've noticed.

Not quite. They seem to be decorative more than anything else.

In a way. They seem to be garlands.
