1) Open your base,resize and crop.


2) Create a new curves layer and enter the following
RGB
input :110
output : 137
Red
input : 123
output : 127
Green
input : 129
output : 133
Blue
Point 1
input : 150
output : 165
Point Two
input : 120
output: 109


3) Create a new color fill layer #211b03 and set it to Exclusion 100%


4) Duplicate the color fill layer in step 3


5) Create a new Color Balance layer
Midtones : +7, -11, +6
Shadows : 5, -4, -15
Highlights : -15, +3, +16


6) Create a new selective color layer
Reds : +49,+43, +39, +63
Yellows : +38, +27, -12, 0
Whites : 0, -23, 0, 0
Neutrals : +14, +2, -2, 0
Black : 0, 0, 0, 25


7) Create a new color fill layer #530505 and set it to 28%


8) Create a new levels layer
RGB -> input: 16, 1.03, 235


9) Create a new curves layer
RGB : 110, 134
Blue : 124, 135


10) Create a new color fill layer #060502 and set it to screen 100%
