My maternal Grandfather George passed away early early this am, after a long and difficult struggle with metasticized cancer. I am SO glad he is no longer in pain, but I grieve, and I pray for my grandma who now has to endure her first holiday so close on top of losing him..
Grandpa was a quiet yet infinitely wise man...a preacher, a bird-watcher, a gardener. He's left behind 3 children, 10 grandkids and a lifetime of handcrafted woodcrafts and unforgettable memories. He was dearly loved and he will NEVER be forgotten.
