Whoa- that was cool. Right as I typed that, it started working. Come on, The National -work!
Baron von Firstinbed. I hung some of that art work today -comics from 1980s Playboy. Also set up a display case -including an issue of Playboy with one of Creig Flessel's comics (he worked at DC pre-Superman & also on & off thru the 50s, did advertisement work, various comic strips) -but on the back of the Playboy (no, i didn't get the chance to flip through it) there was an ad for Lucky Strike Filters. & what had I done not quite an hour before? Smoked a Lucky Strike Filter. WEiRd.
This guy also worked on the Sandman comics -like, DC, guy in a green suit & gas mask- & recently did a drawing of the Sandman gassing a bony-ass Spidy. Yeah- the guy's still alive. the show opens on his 96th birthday.
Aww fuck.
I'm tired & I wanna go back to Vermont & get trashed.
