This Ravendor Hearts You. :DsatanseraphJanuary 22 2006, 04:07:37 UTC
Your response as to why you won't be reading the latest book in the HP series anytime soon makes me think you're organized. One point for Ravenclaw. You liked the fourth book for being transitory as well as the fact that it evoked an extremely dramatic entrance as fetus!Voldie came back to an adult human-like body. That shouts one point for Gryffindor to me

Perhaps I should have said "again" in this line: Your response as to why you won't be reading the latest book in the HP series anytime soon makes me think you're organized.
Ohhh, you're a tough one. However, any friend of Mae is a friend of mine, and thus I shall give you as detailed a vote as I can.
Honestly, and I'm surprised you didn't say this in number 10, I saw a LOT of Slytherin in this application. I saw it in the way you answered almost every question, in the tone of the overall application, and in this line particularly: "Because I hate rejection above all things, and the thought that I am not good enough, drives me nuts." That definitely decided for me that you need a house with Slytherin in it.
As for your second house, I definitely agree that somewhere in you there is a Ravendor begging to come out. You've got a lot of Claw, and some Gryff too, but you don't have that screaming extroverted "look at me" type attitude that seems to go along with our humble house. Thus, my vote for you is Slytherclaw. Analytical, independent, driven, intelligent, you've got all the markings. Your Ravenclaw outweighs your Gryff, which I clearly saw in this statement: "..my ideal evening is to lie in bed with a

I got a Slytherdor vibe from your application. satanseraph has already listed my reasons as to why I'm placing you there, so I don't have to. =)
By the way, I completely agree with you on what you said about Hagrid. I can't stand the fact that he was allowed to teach. I'm glad that someone agrees with me, because every time I say I don't like Hagrid, people jump all over me for it.
The Slytherin in your application is overwhelming, and I love it when people are obviously not pushing, and you can still tell they're huge Slytherins. It makes me happy. I could point out everything Slytherin-y in your application, but then I'd pretty much just be copying and pasting the entire thing, so I won't.
Finding a second house was a little more difficult. I got a few Gryffindor vibes, but you talked a lot about not thinking of things in absolutes, and liking characters who weren't fully good or fully evil. That was a big tip-off that you aren't very Gryffindor.
There are subtle Ravenclaw vibes, though, throughout the entire application. I can tell that you are analytical and level-headed. You don't jump to conclusions quickly, you really think about things first. So, I say you are a Slytherclaw.

Good luck with the rest of your sorting!
