(no subject)
OK So I am finally gettin some time to update for real for real. Well I guess I can start with this weekend. Overall it was allright. Friday night we had our Senior to Shrimp Dinner. It was a blast - out at Bob Hall Pier. We invited all the High School Seniors who will be going to institute from now on. So we had a pretty good outcome. I was pleased. We played Ultimate Fisbee...My team got spanked! So we decieded to put some of the other teams members on "Our List!" As the night went by we all just hung out and got to know some of the seniors better. When it was time to go the two seniors definetly on the list were Shawn King and Clayton Settle. After the activity Gabe and Cassandra and Nicole came over and we watched "Babtist at the Barbeque" It was allright. Gabe fell asleep so around 2ish he had to take Nicole home we decieded to call off our List! About 5 min after Gabe dropped her off he headed back over and we picked up Cassandra and we headed out to fulfill our list! So we got the Kings and the Settles. It was fun. Sis King caught us. Gabe stared at her for a while and then we took off. :)
Saturday morning we had to get up early to go to San Antonio. AGAIN! We had another practice for the Jubilee. We left here around 9ish. Got to San Antonio, went to the Practice, and I got burned! Once again they double booked the building and we got booted out cuz of the Pine Wood Derby! Those lil scouts! So yea, afterwards we meet Kevin at my house and we went to the Temple. Kevin went with us. It was so awesome. I am amaezed everytime. So then we got lost lookin for Rudy's. We finally find it and its gettin pretty late. We eat and then head out. Well we decied to take 1604 all the way around instead of takin 410 - 10 - 35 - 37. So that took us another like 2 hours. I feel asleep for most of it. Then its gettin late, its allready the sababth, and Travis gets a speedin ticket! Yea that topped it off. So he was gettin irritated because his parents called and were mad at him for being out past midnight on a Saturday night! So we finally got here around 2. Crazy eh!
So yea, I think it was stupid that Travis got in trouble but it isnt my place to say anything. So yea, that was that!
Well, Sunday came and I went to church. It was the 1st so it was Fast Sunday. We had a break the Fast - pizza was the meal. That went allright also. Following the Break the Fast we had our CES Fireside. It was awesome. Dallin H. Oaks, talked and it was really good. Interesting. He addressed the fact that now a day YSA "Hang Out" too much and arnt "Datin" anymore. He talked about the lack of committment - WOW THATS ME! And how guys are freeloaders. LOL. It was pretty funny, but true at the same time.
Well today is Monday! And I have had a pretty productive day! I cleaned the other 1/2 of my room. ITS ALL CLEAN NOW. I packed some more boxes, and took more things down. But my bed back up and so on so on.
I talked to Jake and Amber tonight. I am super excited to go to NM. Cant wait. Jake offered me an offer. He told me that I could stay with them past the summer. I can stay as long as I would like too. He told me that I could get a job in town and for the year and then go to school the following year. I dont know but its an option. I really dont know what to do. Do I go do I stay!?!? ERR. I dont know. Theres always UT with Stace, and Ash, and Becca, and Bner. Miss yall! But I dont know. Theres always good'ole Corpus. :) Who knows. All I do know is that I have a summer to figure it out! So yea.
Well this looks like a regular post for me. lol :) So I better end now. I still have more time at work....
