What I Miss About Summer...

I miss not having homework and/or deadlines.

I miss being outside in the evenings.

I miss having my windows down in my car because the AC doesn't work and blaring the radio so I can hear it over the wind.

I miss not having to wear shoes and socks.

I miss birds.

I miss the color green.

I miss having the windows open and letting a breeze roll through the house.

I miss the smell of warm air.

I miss swimming with Jordan's family.

I miss having time to spend with Jordan.

I miss the Whippy Dipp.

I miss watching late night movies with my family.

I miss going out into the hayfield in the wee hours of the morning and looking up into a clear, starry sky.

I miss feeling so small when I do that.
