Beneath This Placid Visage
I don't get me, and I'm making me mad.
Anyway.
Had an awesome prayer time last night. God has always seemed so aloof, so far beyond me, so abstract in a way. To be honest, I never saw what good praying to such a figure would do.
But he became real to me last night - I felt like I was talking to a person sitting two feet away from me.
Him telling me how much he loves me was beautiful.
