The Last Few Days
So, we had lunch with Grandma on Friday. She brought my Aunt Barb with her. It was fun. :) Then, Friday afternoon, Amanda came over for a bit and hung out. We exchanged Christmas presents. Then I went with her to her Mom's house, where she had left Josh taking a nap, and we hung out with her family for the rest of the afternoon/evening. It was alot of fun, too. I miss Amanda! I wish she was living in CR again. Maybe next year. But I'm not holding my breath.
Last night, the twins, Jenn, Steph, and I went to Carlos O'Kelly's and to the mall. I had 2 margaritas at COK's... That was fun, too, hehe. Then we made a few other stops and came back to my place, where Steph told me what was the matter with the DVD player I got for Christmas- I needed another cable. So I went and got one today, and now it works perfectly!
My friends Destery and Emily are having a baby!!! They have a son, Anakin, who just turned 3 a short while ago . Em e-mailed me about it last night. She's so excited! I am so excited for them!
I have to go back to work tomorrow after 6 days off. Ick. But, I work tomorrow, am off Tuesday, work Wednesday, we're closed Thursday, and work Friday. I wish I had Wed. and/or Fri. off. But I can't complain after only working one day last week.
