The Long Road
going to sleep now... actually, that's a lie, because for the first 4
hours or so that I'm in bed, I just lie there thinkiing and
analyzing... wondering where all of my friends are, what they're doing,
what they're thinking.... I wish that our lives could be less
complicated but they're full of complex human emotions: love, jealousy,
resentment, rage.... but these are the things that make the good stuff
so great.... Beth, Nick, Matt, Emily, Angela, DJ, Laura, Hailee, and
Brianne... these are the people that get me through the day, that make
me believe that there's something worth fighting for... it took me 14
and a half years to get here, to have these people in my life... it
feels like maybe i had to go through all of the hard stuff to reach
this........ to reach contentment. I may have taken the long road, but
it was all worth it...
