well i guess i'm over due for an entry... not a lot has been going on... i lost about 10 lbs in 2 days.. i'm proud of myself.. although people keep complaining that i'm being unhealthy etc... if i want to loose weight i'll loose weight.. done. but anyways... i'm not doing it unhealthy, i'm doing it the majestic way! i eat only what i can burn. Actually, even just sitting around all day, your BMR (baseline metabolic rate) is probably about 1500-1800 calories.

If you're not going to eat well, take your vitamins. It won't matter how much weight you've lost when you go to see him if your skin and hair looks like shit. You need nutrients to stay pretty, so take your vitamins.

If you're not eating a lot of sodium (salty foods) I'd suggest drinking A TON of water. (Sodium makes you retain water, meaning you'll gain water weight and you won't pee it all out.) I drink a lot every day normally, I'm so well hydrated my piss is clear. Water makes you feel fuller, flushes food out quicker (less calorie absorbtion), and it makes you look and feel better. (It makes my skin clear up for some reason.) I'd suggest green tea, the warm liquid makes you feel fuller, not to mention it has no calories, no sugar, no nothing. Put a little honey in it or something, it's tasty.

Stay away from these foods: white bread, white rice, white potatoes. Go for wheat or grain bread, and brown or wild rice.

If you're going to eat meat, I'd suggest staying away from beef and pork, and going for chicken and fish. Beef and pork are very high in fat.
