A rant because it is late and i feel typey.
Hii skyshow was pritty crap for many reasons...After being unfashionably late it was a mega mega long walk from the station to the actual show and I got quite lost repeatedly then to my delight I found my phone wasnt working (Telstra is a biatch) and I had to see if I could randomly bump into my friends in a sea of people. Luckily I found Ella and her random friends and then Kyle who protected me from the many many drunk bogans, The ride home was really fun, I got talking to these two mothers who were suprisingly interesting. On a lighter note I worked in Glenelg today and its a very nice store...I got told to buy the eighty dollar pants but I refuse, they make me look like my lower half is triple the size of my upper (which is quite unflattering indeed), if ever you see me in Dymocks and want to chat, pretend you're buying a book and that Im helping you so the manager thinks I am quite the awesome staff person. PS- I laugh everytime somebody says they were working "on the floor all day" and that their legs are killing them :P
ANYWAY THE point of my post is that there was a zine fair I missed and I hope somebody out there went to it because I LOVE collecting free magazines in the city, so it was painful for me to miss that because of work. Also go listen to MSI..they quite good are.
