I went there once. They had a good aquarium. That was pretty much it.

yes carla the gold coast is part of queensland..brisbane...they have a fake beach in this place called southbank..it's quite amusing...hehe i heard a joke about it
what would the lifeguard do if someone was drowning?
yell "stand up" (the water's really shallow lol)

The Gold Coast is about an hour south of Brisbane. I think it's south. Arse, I always get confused. There's one thing an hour south and one an hour north. I forget which is what.

I had no idea sydney was in NSW till yesterday
I always thought it was near Queensland
And now I find brisbane is IN Queensland
Geography sux.
