Time with my father
Today was the first time since 1992 that my father and I went to a movie together. Then we saw Patriot Games and today we saw Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Last time the next day my father left the house and said he did not think he was going to be coming back and a little less than one year later he and my mother were divorced. I bring this up because it is something I realized yesterday while putting up "skins" on the back sides of all the walls at the Haunt. It is very weird what the mind will bring up when it is doing repetitive work. Both my father and I enjoyed the movie. From one trailer I was a little worried that the comedic elements would be played to a higher extent than the previous three movies but another trailer calmed my nerves and I think it was all around a good picture.
I might be going golfing tomorrow and then work on a new design for the dark maze with Shawn now that we have accurate measurements of the space outside to work with. If everything goes smoothly we might start working on the dark maze starting on Monday.
