yeah, it was on ourspace.
updates are a pain.
for sasquatch, i ended up getting a sunday and saturday ticket off ebay and two saturday tickets from this guy in seattle through craigslist. i did the latter amazingly in one hour... i just hope my managers don't check the tapes. hahah. ok. the three of us are not made for camping. honey buckets are hell especially when there's approximately 20,000(?) people there. finding your campsite in the dark when it's over a mile away from the amphitheater is great. ugh drunk people everywhere. how bout that hail? wow, yeah, i'm pretty sure i got hypothermia that night too. of the bands i saw, they were all amazing. srsly: Ben Harper, The Shins, The Tragically Hip (...EXCEPT THEM. THEIR SINGER WAS RETARDED AND TRIED TO SOUND INSPIRATIONAL BUT ENDED UP NOT MAKING ANY SENSE AT ALL.) Neko Case (hail started during their set.), Iron & Wine, Sufjan Stevens, Gomez, Rogue Wave, Beck, Death Cab For Cutie, Matisyahu, The Decemberists, Nada Surf, Arctic Monkeys (oh god, the singer. and his accent.), Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Rocky Votolato (ok. we didn't see him play but we got stuff signed by him), Big Japan (SETH COHEN/ADAM BRODY'S BAND.).
i have worked every. fucking. day. of this week ranging from 7-10 or 6-10 or fucking 5-10. plus i've been training this sophomore girl who goes to my school. i think i'm a really bad influence on her; i tell her it's ok to not do stuff or to just do a shitty job cleaning stuff. ugh i hope they fire me soon. i'll have uber arthritis when i'm old. oh and after work today, my sister's car [of which i've had to use while she uses the van to move to her new place] wouldn't start, like the engine wouldn't fire up. it was kinda embarassing cause [oh wait] the losers who hang out in front of QFC were in front of me. on the other hand, it was kinda cool though cause my sister taught me how to start the car: turn key in ignition, rpm's go up to 1000 for a second and goes back down, gently press gas pedal and keep rpm's at approx 1000, press brake, release gas, put into drive, AND DRIVE. i failed the first time. bleh wtvs.
ohhhh! so i got onto the "warped panel" thing so i get to go to the warped tour around 10am to help them set up or something and for doing that i get a free ticket. man! i feel like i won the lottery. i never win anything.
ooooh! fall of troy on friday. 5th time in less than a year? or would seeing danger: radio be better. wait. that'd be #5 too. uh ohs: dilemma. which anniversary will i end up going to? it's a "half day" that day too with yearbook distribution and all. AND saturday is the official 6 month mark of having my license. WHO WANTS TO RIDE WITH ME LEGALLY?!
